A pre-marketing Building Report is commissioned by the homeowner intending to sell their property. This is not a sales document but rather a report to inform the homeowner of any failings or maintenance issues, which can be rectified before the house is marketed.
We keep up to date with current housing issues being members of the N.Z.I.B. (New Zealand Institute of Building) and receive the latest research bulletins and industry recommendations from B.R.A.N.Z (Building Research Association of New Zealand). The inspection and information contained in the report is undertaken to the New Zealand standard 4306:2005 (Residential Property Inspection).
Our service includes, liaison with the real estate agent, conducting the building inspection, and supplying a PDF copy of the report within twenty four hours of the inspection.
Follow up phone support with the Inspector is available to discuss any items regarding the house.
We are also happy to liaise with subcontractors if required.
